5. Eligibility: (i) The Officer Should Be In Level-II Or Level-12 (In 7th cpc)
(ii) Should Have Minimum 02 Years Of Work Experience Of Budget Preparation, Floating Of Nit / Tenders, Processing Of Bids, Awarding Of Contracts, Contract Management
(Ill) The Officer Should Have Good Knowledge Of Finance And Establishment Matters
(iv) The Officer Should Have Working Knowledge Of Computer
