The Medical Superintendent, Esic General Hospital, Naroda, Ahmedabad Invites Applications From The Eligible Candidates In The Prescribed Proforma For The Posts Of Part Time Specialists And Senior Resident On Purely Temporary Basis For One Year Or The Er Is Earlier As Indicated Below.

1. Qualification & Experience for the post of Sr.no. 1 to 8:- MBBS with PG Degree with 03years experience or Diploma with 05years experience in concerned speciality from recognised university. (A) Emoluments per Month for the post of Sr.No 1 to 6:- Rs. 60,000/- Per Month for 2 sessions per day (4 hrs per day and 4 days in a week). Duration of each session is of two hours. In case attending emergency call Rs. 1000/- per emergency subject to a maximum of Rs. 12,000/- P.M.

2. (B) Emoluments per Month for the post of Sr.No 7 & 8:- Basic pay Rs. 67700/- in the level-II & index-I of Pay Matrix (Pre revised basic pay Rs. 18750/- (PB-3) with Grade pay Rs. 6600/-per month plus allowances as per rules admissible from time to time. Transport allowance & Annual allowance is not payable.

3. Number of Post: 08.

4. Specialty: General Physician, PTS Obs & Gynaecologis,t PTS Radioloist ,(PTS ENT (PTS) Orthopaedic ,PTS Dermatoloist (PTS Obs & Gynaecologist SR Medicine SR.

Age: Age should not be exceeded more than 64 years as on 17.08.202() for Sr. No I to 6. Age should not be exceeded more than 37 years as on 17.08.2020 for Sr. No 7 and 8. Age relaxation is as per rules for SC/ST/OBC in all cases.

Application Fee: Application Form Fee of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only) by way Of Demand Draft in favour of ESIC Fund A/c No. 1 payable at Ahmedabad except SC/ST candidates.

Terms and Conditions :-

1. Reservation policy is applicable as per Central Government rules.

2. The number of vacancies can be changed at any time without any intimation.

3. Selected candidates must have to sign an Agreement of Terms & Conditions on Rs. 100/- non- judicial stamp paper before joining and candidate will bear the applicable cost of stamp paper, notary charges etc.

4. Selected candidate shall deposit the Security Deposit of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand only) in the form of Demand Draft in favour of ESIC Fund A/c No. I payable at Ahmedabad from any Nationalised Bank before signing the Agreement.

5. No accommodation facility will be provided by ESIC for such selected candidates.

6. The competent authority reserves the right to fill up all or not to fill up any of the vacancies.

7. The contract period of one year is extendable for further one year on mutual consent of both the parties on the basis of satisfactory performance.

8. The selected candidates will engage himself/herself in the work assigned to him efficiently and diligently to the best of his/her ability. He/she will devote his/her whole time to his/her work and duties and will not be engage directly or indirectly in any trade, business or occupation.

9. Appointment letters in r/o the selected candidates shall be issued on or after declaration of non- covid to the ESIC Model Hospital Bapunagar, Ahmedabad.

Interested candidates are advised to attend the Walk-In-lnierview on 17.08.2020 at ESIC General Hospital, Naroda, Ahmedabad with application in the prescribed proforma, all original documents for verification, one set of photo copies of all original documents with two photo identity proof (Aadhaar & PAN card) , two recent passport size photographs (one affixed on the application) and Application Form Fee of Rs. 300/- (Rupees Three Hundred only) by way of Demand Draft in favour of ESIC Fund A/c No. 1 pavable at Ahmedabad except SC/ST candidates. No TA/DA will be paid to attend the interview.
