Applications arc invited for 59 vacant post in the cadre of Madhya Pradesh District Judge (Entry Level) through Suitability Test 2020 from amongst eligible Senior Division Civil Judges (Class-I) of State of Madhya Pradesh, under Rule-5(1) (a) of M.P. Higher Judicial Service (Recruitment and condition of service) Rules 2017, in the pay scale of Rs. 51550-1230-58930-1380-63070 (As anended time to time). Promotion to this post and conditions of service will be strictly governed by the M.P. Higher Judicial Service (Recruitment and conditions of service) Rules 2017

3. Eligibility:- Only those Senior Division Civil Judges (Class-I) of Madhya Pradesh, whose names are figured in the annexed list shall be eligible to apply for the Examination.

4.Disqualifications :- In any of the following cases, the Judicial Officer/candidate for afore-said examination shall be disqualified and/or Departmental action for misconduct may be initiated against him:- (i) If he or she takes or attempts to take any favour in any form at any stage of examination, or (ii) Impersonation by or for the candidate, or (iii) Making or submitting any forged document in support of his or her candidature, or (iv) If hc or she conceals any material information or provides any false information at any stage of selection process, or (v) If hc or she uses or attempts to use, improper or illegal mean.s, either for purpose of being permitted to appear in examination or at any stage of examination in examination room/hall, or (vi) If he or she, during written examination harasses or threatens or causes physical injury to or misbehaves with, any Officer or employee cngagcd there, or (vii) If he or she, disobeys any directions relating to examination including oral directions by the invigilator or observer or any other Officer or employee engaged in conduction of  examination. Moreover, Canvassing in any form will also be tantamount to disqualification. Similarly, any attempt on the part of a candidate to enlist support for his candidature or selection/appointment, through persons of influence or officers of Government/High Court will also disqualify him for appointment.

Procedure and Direction for submitting Online Application Form :-

Candidates are required to log on Website click on "Recruitment/Result" Option, then click "Click Here - Online Application Forms/ Admit Cards" then click "Application-click here" in front of "MADI-IYA PRAI)ESI-I I-IIGI-IER JUDICIAL SERVICE SUITABILITY TEST -2020", after filling of the required information on the Application Form, you have to click on "browse" button to upload recent Color Photo and Signature (only in /Peg format). Before clicking on "browse" button candidates are required to scan photo and signature in the given format and save in a document file from where the photo and signature so scanned can bc browse and uploaded. After filling the form you have to click on Submit Button for final submission, then check the preview of the application form, if you find all information is correct then click on the submit button otherwise click on the reset button to rectify that.

Notes:-1. Candidates are required to read all information carefully before the final submission of the Application form there shall be no provision to correction after final submission.

Special Instructions regarding Covid-19 Pandemic :-

It is imperative that special instructions, to be strictly followed by the all stake holders, be issued.

(1) At the time of entry in examination center, each candidate shall submit a self Declaration Fomi that he/she is not Corona Positive as per hither knowledge, this fact may be verified by the staff with the help of Roya Setu App installed and an active mode in the mobile phone of candidates. He will be subjected to temperature testing at the time of entry in the exam hall.

(2) Candidates & staff must reach the `examination centre well ahead of time to ensure staggered movement and smooth entry to avoid overcrowding.

(3) During the entry to and exit from the examination hall, candidates are advised to do so in a staggered manner to maintain social distancing norms.

(4) Candidates must use face mask/cover and carry their own hand sanitizer. The use of gloves is optional.

(5) Candidates are required to bring their own writing stationery and avoid sharing the same with other candidates.

(6) Candidates are required to carry their Admission Cards to the Examination hall.

(7) Candidates need to strictly follow all the safety instructions at the examination centre.

(8) Alongwith this all stake holders shall abide and follow the instructions/guidelines to be followed by citizens, appropriate authority, and any other instructions Examination Cell in this regard. issued

(9) Non-compliance of above directions may lead to rejection of candidature of the delinquent candidate.

(10) In case, the exam is scheduled to be held on more than one place, then necessary instructions for proper & smooth conduction of exam to all stakeholders may be issued by the Principal Registrar (Exam)/ Registrar (Exam) with the approval of I-Ion'ble the Chairman of Examination-Cum-Selection & Appointment Committee.

Selection Process :-

Passing MarksEvery Civil Judge who is an aspirant for promotion under rule5(1)(a)(mentioned in list separately) shall have to secure a total of 45% marks in written examination to pass Suitability Test.Elimination/dis Materials of Used Examination Materials High Court The used Examination material shall bc eliminated after the expiry of one year from the date of declaration/publication of Finals.

Objections & Finalization of Model Answers - After completion of Examination, the proposed Model Answers/Keys intended to be used for result of ()MR sheets used for lst Paper, will be uploaded/published on the wcbsite of the M.P. I-Iigh Court alongwith the Notice to the effect that if any candidate wishes to make any objection/clarification etc. regarding any Model Answer/Key, he/she may submit objection/clarification in writing & signed by him to the Principal Registrar (Exam) M.P. IIigh Court, Jabalpur, through E-mail within 05 days from the date of uploading/ publication of the proposed model answerskeys, by mentioning his /her Name along with self attested photo copies of source document(s)/ proof, which is/arc base of his objection/clarification raised. Objections/clarification received in aforesaid manner and mode within aforesaid time limit along with self-attested copies of the source/proof document shall be considered and then Model Answers shall be finalized. The finalized Model Answers shall bc used as Keys/model Answers for the generation of result/valuation of the ()MR sheets of the candidates. After declaration of result, no reprcscntation regarding any objection/clarification of any model Answers/questions, shall bc entertained on any ground and shall be rejected without assigning any reason. 9. Valuation of |St ucstion Pa After F,xamination the valuation of 1 St Paper shall be made by OMR Scanner and shall bc completed without delay. 10. Valuation of 2nd uestion Pa erValuation of answer books of 2nd Paper shall be made by Central Valuation Method as per approved scheme. Thcrc shall no provision of revaluation of answer-books and any application from any candidate for revaluation, if received, shall stand rejected without assigning any reason

Steps to Apply :-

The eligible Senior Division Civil Judges (Class-I) desirous to appear in Examination will have to submit online application on the website of MP High Court (www.mphc.gov.in), on or before18-06-2020. The Senior Division Civil Judges (Class-I) who fails to submit the application form within the prescribed period shall be tantamount their non-willingness to appear in Suitability Test-2020.
