3. Qualification:
(i) Assistant Professor of Radiation Oncology: AS prescribed by Medical Council Of India. Teachers eligibility Criteria with Amendments dated 8th June 2017 (Note MCI amended and prevalent MCI norms at the time of recruitment shall be applicable). (i) MBBS (ii) Requisite recognised post- graduate (PG) qualification in the subject (as per prevalent MCI norms). M.D. Radiotherapy (or) DNB Radiotherapy (Equivalence of qualification with M.D. Shall be as per Prevalent MCI norms. (iii)Three years teaching experience in the subject as Resident / Registrar / Demonstrator / Tutor in a recognised medical college Institute during the PG course / after PG in the subject. (iv) Appropriate additional Teaching and Research experience as Senior Resident / Research Assistant shall as per prevalent MCI norms.
(ii) Assistant Professor of Radiodiagnosis: MBBS. M.D (Radio-Diagnosis)/ MD.(Radiology/ MS. (Radiology) (i) Requisite recognised post graduate qualification in the subject. (ii) Three years teaching experience in the subject in a recognised medical college as resident/ Registrar/ Demonstrator/ Tutor.
(iii) Assistant Professor of Medical Oncology: MBBS. D.M(Medical Oncology)/ M.D. (Medicine) or M.D.(Radio-therapy) or M.D.(Paediatrics) with 2 years special training in Medical Oncology. (i) Requisite recognised Specialisation qualification in the subject. (ii) Three years teaching experience in Medical Oncology in a recognised medical college as Resident / Registrar/ Demonstrator/ Tutor.
(iv) Assistant Professor of Gyneacological Oncology: a) Should be holder of a Degree in Medicine of any university established by Law in India. b) Should possess Pot-Graduate Degree qualification in MD (Obst and Gyn.) / MS (General Surgery). c) Should have M.Ch Surgical Oncology. If no M.Ch holders are available candidates with MS (General Surgery) with two years special training in Surgical Oncology/ MD (Obst and Gyn) with two years of special training in surgical Oncology.
(v) Assistant Professor of Head and Neck Oncology: a) Should beholder of a Degree in Medicine of any university established by law in India. b) Should posses Post-Graduate Degree qualification in MS / General Surgery. c) Should have M.Ch Surgical Oncology (if M.Ch holders are not available candidates with MS General Surgery with two years special Training in Surgical Oncology).
(vi) Assistant Professor of Radiation Physics: a) M.Sc. Medical Physics /Radiation Physics with Ph.D in Medical Physics or Radiation Physics from a recognized University or M.Sc. Physics plus Diploma in Radiological / Medical Physics from a recognized university with Ph.D. in Medical Physics/Radiation Physics. b) An approval from AERB to function as Radiological Safety Officer (Level III) c) Three years teaching/ Research experience in the subject in a recognized University / Medical college/ Oncology Institute as Resident/Registrar/ Demonstrator / Tutor. d) AERB and MCI criteria shall be applicable.

Steps to Apply :-
1. Last date for receipt of Applications is on 19.03.2020 at 4.00 PM. Applications received after the due date will not be entertained. Guidelines for submitting the applications can be downloaded from Institute website: www.kmio.org.
2. Last date for submission Of filled in application is on before 19.03.2020, 4.00 P.M. Application shall be addressed to the Director, Kidwai Memorial Institute of Oncology, Dr. M.H. Marigowda Road, Bangalore -560029 in a sealed cover superscribing the name of the post in capital letters along with the relevant Caste Certificate, Marks Cards of the minimum Qualifications, Degree Certificate, Experience Certificate (Shall be considered as on 19.03.2020) 371(J) Certificate, SSLC Marks Cards / Equivalent Certificate in proof of Age.
3. No TA / DA will be provided to the Candidates by the Institute. They should attend the Interview On their own expenses. The Candidate will be selected on the basis of merit to be determined on the basis of marks secured by the candidates in the interview. Incomplete applications or applications without required enclosures, Such as Educational Qualifications, Proof of Age, Reservation Category, experience etc., Will be rejected.
4. Any candidate who has given false / wrong information in the application will be disqualified and at a later Stage if found that the candidate has given false / wrong information his/her services is liable to be terminated. The Director reserves the right to accept or reject the applications received for the post notified. The Decision Of Selection Committee in the matter of selection Of the candidate is final.
5.
