2. Qualification: 

a. Scientist/ Engineer ‘SC’ (Chemical Engineering) - B.E/ B.Tech or equivalent in Chemical Engineering in First class with an aggregate minimum of 65% of marks (Average of all semesters) or CGPA/ CPI grading of 6.84 on a 10 point scale. Minimum 65% marks or CGPA 6.84 in Section B alone for candidates with AMIE/ Grad IETE qualification.

b. e. a. Medical Officer ‘SC’ (Paediatrics) - Paediatrics (Child Health) (Two years duration)

b. Medical Officer ‘SD’ (Paediatrics) - M.B.B.S + M.D/ DNB in Paediatrics (Child Health).

c. Medical Officer ‘SC’ (Ophthalmology) - M.B.B.S + Diploma in Ophthalmology (Two years duration). 

d. Medical Officer ‘SD’ (Ophthalmology) - M.B.B.S + M.D/ MS/ DNB in Ophthalmology with Medical Council of India

Age: Medical Officer ‘SC’ - 18-35 Years & Medical Officer ‘SD’ - No upper age limit

Application Fee :-

There will be a non-refundable Application Fee of 100/- (Rupees One Hundred only) for each application. Fee may be paid online through Debit Card/Internet Banking. If the candidate could not make the payment of Application Fee due to transaction failure or otherwise within the due date/time, he/she can pay the fee upto the next day of closure of on-line application registration (i.e., 1700 Hrs on 18.01.2020) by clicking ‘Make payment’ option available in the on-line recruitment portal.

Selection Procedure :-

Candidates who meet eligibility criteria will be short-listed to appear for the Written Test, which will be conducted at Chennai. Written Test consists of objective type questions based on academic curriculum of B.E/B.Tech (or) M.E/M.Tech as the case may be. Based on the performance in the Written Test, candidates will be shortlisted for interview. Written Test is only a first level screening and Written Test score will not be considered for final selection process. The final selection will be based on the performance of the candidates in the interview only.

Steps to Apply :-

1. The application for on-line registration will be  hosted in the SDSC SHAR website between 28.12.2019 (1000 hours) and 17.01.2020 (1700 hours).Interested and eligible candidates may visit our website at https://www.shar.gov.in (or) https://www.apps.shar.gov.in to register their applications on-line between 28.12.2019 (1000hours)  and 17.01.2020  (1700  hours).    Before  registering,  the  candidates  are advised to go through the instructions displayed on the website.

2. Candidates  are  not  required  to  send  the  confirmatory  copy.  However,  the  online application has to be invariably followed up with a copy of “No Objection Certificate” from the employer concerned in respect of those applicants who are employed under Central/State  Government/Public  Sector  Undertakings/Autonomous  Bodies  duly indicating  the  name,  the  post  for  which  applied/post  No.  and  Regn.  No.  on  the reverse of the NOC and which should be sent within 10 days of registering the on-line application and in any case not later than 27.01.2020 by ORDINARY POST to : Administrative Officer, Recruitment Section, Satish Dhawan Space Centre SHAR, SRIHARIKOTA – 524124, SPSR Nellore Dist, Andhra Pradesh.
