Other Qualification Details :-  

1. BHEL Equivalent Grade from which retired : E1 to E2 and E3 to E6A :
(i) Qualification : Diploma in Electrical Engineering or B.E/B.Tech Graduate in Electrical Engineering.
(ii) Experience : Minimum 2 years' experience in PG Test, Trouble shooting and commissioning work of Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP).
2. BHEL Equivalent Grade from which retired : E1, E3 to E4 and E4, E5, E6, E6A :
(i) Qualification : Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or B.E/B.Tech Graduate in Mechanical Engineering.
(ii) Experience : Minimum 2 years' experience in PG Test, GD Test, Trouble shooting and commissioning work of Electrostatic Precipitator (ESP).  Minimum 2 years' experience in PG Test, Seal Setting, Trouble shooting and commissioning work of Air Pre-Heater and Gates and Damper.  Minimum 2 years' experience in PG Test, Trouble shooting and commissioning work of FANS.
3. Duties and Responsibilities : The Consultant is expected to provide timely professional advice /assistance/consultation in his/her area/discipline of engagement, verifiable in the form of reports or successful field operations. The deliverables on the assignment would be specified by the concerned functions with timeline/milestones.
4. Duration of Engagement : A panel of consultants as per vacancies notified above shall be selected for engagement on part time per diem basis for Field Services/PG Tests. The panel shall be valid for a period of one year. The part time engagement shall be for a maximum of 180 days during the term of 12 months and not more than 20 days in a month.

Selection Procedure :-

Applications received against the advertisement will be scrutinized by a Committee and based on the Committee's recommendations, the list of eligible candidates shall be prepared for further selection. The eligible candidates shall be called for an interaction, if required.

Eligible candidates may submit their application in the prescribed format appended along with scanned copy of following certificates by e-mail at [email protected] on or before 12.11.2019.  SSLC / Matric Certificate as proof of DOB.  Degree/Post Graduate Degree certificate, as applicable.  Documents in support of duration of work experience.
2. Responsibility of attaching the necessary documents shall be with the Applicant.  Maximum Size of the attachment should not exceed 15MB.  The attached documents shall be in legible form- i.e. the contents should be readable.  Attachment of blurred/edited images will lead to disqualification of the candidature. The service conditions of the selected candidates shall be governed by the terms and conditions specifically stipulated in their offers of appointment and applicable statutory provisions.
