Management Trainee -

1. Management Trainee (Finance) 05

2. Qualification : CA/ICWA

3. Exp : No experience is required for the post of Management Trainee (Finance). The period of training will be one year. During the training period, the Management Trainee will be paid a consolidated pay of Rs. 30,000/- per month. On successful completion of one year training period, they shall be absorbed in E-1 Grade as Deputy Manager(Fin.) at various works/related assignment in respective fields in the pay scale of Rs.40000- 140000 (IDA 3rd PRC) and shall be placed under probation for a period of one year from the date of absorption in E-1 Grade. Selected candidates, while joining the post of Management Trainee (Finance), will be required to execute a Service Agreement Bond for a total value of Rs. 1,00,000/- to serve the Corporation for a minimum period of three years after completion of their training.

Deputy Manager -

1. Dy. Manager (Fin. ) E - 1 (Rs.40000 - 140000 ) (IDA 3 rd PRC) Total – 3 vacancies

Exp : Candidate must have 0 2 years post qualification experience: i) if working on regular basis in PSU/Government, then out of 0 2 years, : - a) 2 years experience in one step below post in the scale of pay of Rs. 30000 - 1 20000 (IDA 3rd PRC) OR Rs. 12600 -32500( 2 nd IDA) OR 6 th CDA pay scale of Rs. 9300 -34800 GP -Rs. 4200/ - OR PB Level 6 (7th Pay CDA) or equivalent, OR ii) if working on contract basis in PSU/Government, then out of 02 years : b) a)2 years experience in one step below post in the scale of pay of Rs. 30000-120000 (IDA 3rd PRC) OR Rs. 12600-32500(2nd IDA) OR 6 th CDA pay scale of Rs. 9300-34800 GP-Rs. 4200/- OR PB Level 6 (7th Pay CDA) or equivalent, OR b)Drawing consolidated remuneration of Rs. 3 lacs. General Instructions :-

1. Only Indian Nationals should apply.
2. Applicant from Non Government Sector should necessarily be from Public Listed Company Only (Stock Exchange).
3. For internal candidates while there will be no relaxation in minimum experience, the requirement of working in next below grade for internal candidates is one year as against two years for others.
4. All qualifications should be obtained from an Indian University / Institute approved/recognized by UGC/AICTE. The requisite educational qualification is CMA from the Institute of Cost Accountants of India / CA from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
5. Candidates applying for more than one post should apply separately for each post.
6. Fee, once paid, will not be refunded under any circumstances, nor would this fee be held in reserve for future selection. Candidates are therefore requested to verify their eligibility before paying the application fee.
7. Candidates are advised to give specific, correct, full information. 9. Relaxation of standard in selection against reserved vacancies – if sufficient number of reserved category persons are not available on the basis of laid down general standards, the general standards could be relaxed suitably to fill up the reserved posts.
10. Reservation of vacancies in respect of Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Other Backward Classes including minority (non-creamy layer), Ex-Servicemen, Persons with Disabilities (degree of disability 40% or above) as per Govt. of India guidelines.
11. Upper age limit is relaxed by 5 years for SC/ST, 3 years for OBC (Non-Creamy Layer), and PWD & Ex-Servicemen as per Govt. of India rules. For internal candidates age no bar.

Selection Procedure :-

The selection procedure will be decided by NPCC depending upon the response received against each post. The selection criteria can be by way of Written Test followed by Personal Interview or by any other appropriate way. Decision of NPCC will be final in this regard. The final selection of the candidates will be based on the performance in the interview / Written Test or by any other appropriate way, whereafter the “Offer of Appointment” shall be issued. Selected candidates will be on probation for one year.
