Chief Manager -

1. Chief Manager (Mines) E-04, – 03 Posts [3 UR]
a. Qualification:- i) B.E/B.Tech in Mining or equivalent from a recognized University/ Institute. ii) 1st Class Mine Manager’s certificate of Competency (U/R) under MMR 1961 from DGMS.
b. Scale of pay : Rs.70,000-3%-2,00,000/-(E-04).The CTC is around Rs.15.40 Lakhs(approx).
c. Experience: 10 years post qualification experience as an Executive in a Mining Organization out of which 2 years’ experience (1 year for Internal candidate) in immediate lower scale (IDA) or equivalent (CDA). For candidates from private sector, CTC should be minimum Rs. 10.20 Lakh per Annum.

2. Chief Manager (Systems) (E-04) :-
a. 1) Qualification: i) B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication (E&T) or MCA/M.Sc. (Computer Science) or Equivalent from a recognized University / Institute. ii) Certified consultant in SAP will be preferred
b. Scale of pay: Rs. 70,000-3%-2,00,000/-(E-04).The CTC is around Rs.15.40 Lakhs(approx.)
c. Experience : 10 years post qualification experience in programming and Computer Application in Systems/IT department in an Organization out of which 2 years’ experience (1 year for Internal candidate) in immediate lower scale (IDA) or equivalent (CDA). For candidates from Private sector, CTC should be minimum Rs. 10.20 Lakh per Annum.

3. Chief Manager (Fin. & Accts), (E-04) :-
a. Qualification: CA/ICWA/CMA from recognized Institute.
b. Scale of pay : Rs.70,000-3%-2,00,000/-(E-04). The CTC is around Rs. 15.40 Lakhs(approx.)
c. Experience : 10 years post qualification experience as an Executive in Finance Department in an Organization dealing with Finance Management including Banking, Costing, Budgetary control, Preparation of final account, project finance , Corporate taxation etc. out of which 2 years’ experience (1 year for Internal candidate) in immediate lower scale (IDA) or equivalent (CDA). For candidates from Private sector, CTC should be minimum Rs. 10.20 Lakh per Annum.

Age: 42 Years.

Senior Manager -

1. Sr.Manager (Systems)(E-03)
a. Qualification: i) B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science/IT/Electronics/Electronics & Telecommunication (E&T) or MCA/M. Sc (Computer Science) or equivalent from a recognized University / Institute. ii) Certified consultant in SAP will be preferred.

a. Qualification: i) P.G.Degree in social Work with specialization in Labour Welfare, Personnel Management and Industrial Relations or P.G. Degree/Diploma (2 years duration) in IRPM/ Master in Labour Studies from the recognized University / Institute or MBA with specialization in Personnel Management/HR/HRD from the recognized University / Institute. ii) Preference will be given to Law Graduate.
b. Scale of pay : Rs.60,000-3%- 1,80,000/-(E-03). The CTC is around Rs. 13.20 Lakhs(approx.)
c. Experience: 7 years post qualification experience as an Executive in Personnel Department in an Organization out of which 2 years’ experience (1 year for Internal candidate) in immediate lower scale (IDA) or equivalent (CDA). For candidates from Private sector, CTC should be minimum Rs. 8.70 Lakh per Annum.

Electrical Supervisor -

1. Electrical Supervisor (NE-09): 6 Posts [ 2 SC(1 incl. 1 SC B/L), 2 OBC, 2 UR]

2. Qualification : i. Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized Institute ii. Holding a valid Electrical Supervisor’s Certificate of Competency, covering mining installation issued under sub-regulation(1) of regulation 29 of Central Electricity Authority Regulations, 2010

3. Scale of Pay: Rs. 12,200-360-23,000(NE-09) The CTC is around Rs. 5.26 Lakhs(approx.). The pay scale is due for upward revision w.e.f. 01/08/2017.

4. Experience: 3 years’ experience in Electrical field in a Limited Company i.e. either Public or Private one (incorporated under Companies Act, 2013) in India, Preferably in Mining Industry.

Age: 40 Years.

Chief Executive Officer/Executive Officer -

Qualification: Full time Masters Degree in Social Works with specialization in Community Development/Master’s Degree in CSR/Rural Development/Sustainability from a recognized university/Institute.\

Experience: Minimum 15 years of post-qualification work experience preferably in the rural development with respect to CSR activities. Preference will be given to the candidates having experience of heading a large foundation or CSR department handled minimum Rs. 3.00 Crores per annum CSR projects or candidates having experience in educational field.

Knowledge Required: i. Strong proven project management skills (including program planning, operations management and implementation, monitoring and evaluation, reporting) ii. Strong leadership, communication and presentation skills iii. Ability to build and maintain the relationships with outside organizations and with senior Executives and represent MOIL Foundation interests. iv. Strong written, communication skills in English and Hindi v. Proficiency in using social media as the medium of outreach

Key Responsibilities: i. Providing strategic direction to the development and implementation of MOIL’s/MOIL Foundation’s programs. Should be able to lead the developmental plans, processes and procedures to be followed internally by the Foundation to ensure that its resources are effectively deployed to achieve the desired outcomes in compliance with GOI guidelines.

Remuneration & Reporting: i. Initial all inclusive consolidated monthly emoluments of Rs. 80,000 per month. Annual increase in consolidated monthly emoluments will be upto 5% based on performance duly evaluated by the Managing Committee of the Foundation. ii. Local Transport/conveyance shall be provided as per need. iii. Mobile expenses upto Rs. 2000/- per Month based on self-certification basis. iv. Eligible for 12 days Casual Leave, 21 days Earned Leave and 10 days sick leave per annum. v. Will report to President of MOIL Foundation or to any other Officer as decided by the President. vi. Income Tax as applicable shall be deducted from monthly remuneration.

Terms of Engagement: The successful candidate will be appointed (subject to medically found fit) on a fixed term basis, initially for a period of 2 years, renewable on mutual consent and also subject to verification of antecedents.

Termination of Engagement: 3 months’ notice on either side

Age: 40-55 Years.

Application Fee: Rs.100/- for the post of Sr. Manager(E-03), Rs. 500/- for the post of Chief Manager (E-04) and Rs. 50/- for the post of Electrical Supervisor (NE-09)

Selection Procedure :-

Selection Will be Based on Written test, Personal Interview.

Steps to Apply :-

The application should reach the office of the undersigned on or before 05/10/2019. Candidates appearing for written test for the above posts will not be paid to and fro transportation charges. However, outstation Candidates called for personal Interview for the post of Sr.Manager(E-03) & Chief Manager(E-04) will be paid AC-II tier to and fro railway fare or bus fare, by shortest route for single person only on producing proof.
