Junior Manager -

1. Scale of pay (01-01-17) (Rs.): Scale of pay (01-01-17) (Rs.)

2. Jr.Manager(Maint.) Mechanical Jr.Manager(Maint.) Electrical: 

a. Qualification: Degree in Mechanical/ Automobile/Electrical/ Electronics Engg. from a recognized University/Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/AICTE. Diploma holders from a Recognized University/ an institution of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode, approved by UGC/AICTE, in the above discipline can also apply.

b. Area of Experience: Working experience in Overhauling/Repairing/Maintenance of Heavy Earth Moving equipments like Dozers, Pay Loaders, Hydraulic Excavators and Bulk Material Handling Equipments like Dumpers, Belt Conveyor system. Knowledge in Dragline Cranes of 100 Ton capacity will be an added advantage. Experience essential for Electrical maintenance should be working knowledge with responsibility for carrying our all categories of repair and maintenance of earthmoving equipment driven by H.T,/L.T. power sources, EOT cranes, Material Handling Plant with Crusher Screens, Conveyors etc.

c. Experience: Post qualification experience of 3 years & above for Degree Holders and 6 years & above for Diploma Holders, out of which must have worked atleast 1 year in the immediate lower grade

Jr.Manager (Matls.Mgmt.): 

a. Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in any discipline, with atleast two years MBA/PG Diploma in Management with specialization in Materials Management/Logistics/ Supply Chain Management/ Marketing/ International Trade, from a Recognized University/Institution of Repute/Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/ AICTE.

b. Area of Experience: Procurement of Capital items (including heavy earthmoving machines) and revenue items like Engineering Stores, spares and consumables AND/ OR Storekeeping of Engineering Stores and Spares in an Industry/project. Combined experience of Stores & Purchase will be preferred. Experience in material inspection and vendor/ancillary development desired.

c. Experience: Post qualification experience of 3 yrs & above, out of which must have worked atleast 1 year in the immediate lower grade

3. Jr.Manager (Finance & Accounts) 

a. Qualification: CA//ICMA/MBA(Finance) from a recognized university/Institute of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode, approved by UGC/AICTE.

b. Area of Experience: Should have exposure in F&A function such as Financial accounting, Cost accounting, Budget & Budgetary control, Internal Audit, Income Tax, Indirect Tax Laws, wages & salary administration, Purchase & Stores financial concurrence. Exposure in computerized accounting would be an advantage.

c. Experience: Post qualification experience of 3 yrs & above, out of which must have worked atleast 1 year in the immediate lower grade

4. Jr.Manager (Admin) 

a. Qualification: Graduate in any discipline with Two years MBA or PGDBA having specialization in Human Resources Management from a Recognized University/ Institution of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by AICTE/UGC or Post Graduate Degree in Labour and Social Welfare or two years Diploma in Personnel Management, MA in Sociology from a Recognized University/Institution of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode, approved by UGC/AICTE. Degree in Law from a recognized university/ institution of repute/Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/AICTE, will be an added advantage.

b. Area of Experience: Should have adequate experience/knowledge in the areas of HRD, Handling and presenting Management in conciliation proceedings/ different level of Government machineries, handling multiple Unions with expertise in collective bargaining and should have adequate knowledge of the latest relevant Labour Laws/Judgments/ Awards delivered/ applicable for service organization/industries and should have exposure in dealing with disciplinary cases. Experience/ knowledge in grievance handling will be an added advantage.

c. Experience: Post qualification experience of 3 yrs & above, out of which must have worked atleast 1 year in the immediate lower grade

Age: Below 30 yrs.

Manager -

1 .Post Name: Manager(Finance & Accounts)- 70000-3%- 200000/- (Annual CTC: Rs.16.87 Lakhs approx.)

2. Qualification: Associate Members of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India OR of the Institute of Costs & Management Accountants of India (ICMA), OR MBA with Finance from an institution of repute/ Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/ AICTE.Should have exposure in F&A function such as Financial accounting, Cost accounting, Budget & Budgetary control, Internal Audit, Income Tax, Indirect Tax Laws, wages & salary administration, Purchase & Stores financial concurrence. Exposure in computerized accounting would be an advantage. Experience in Finalization of Annual Accounts will be an added advantage.

3. Area of Experience: Should have exposure in F&A function such as Financial accounting, Cost accounting, Budget & Budgetary control, Internal Audit, Income Tax, Indirect Tax Laws, wages & salary administration, Purchase & Stores financial concurrence. Exposure in computerized accounting would be an advantage. Experience in Finalization of Annual Accounts will be an added advantage.

4. Experience: Post qualification experience of 8 years & above, out of which must have worked atleast 1 year in the immediate lower grade.

1 .Besides Basic Pay & DA, the posts carry other Allowances/Perquisites under "Cafeteria Approach", subject to a monthly ceiling of 35% of the Basic Pay, House Rent Allowance, Leave encashment, Reimbursement of medical expenses for self & family, P.F., Gratuity etc. as per Company’s rules.All qualification should be from a recognized University/Institution/Open & Distance Learning mode approved by UGC/AICTE. No qualification, on the ground of its being equivalent to the one advertised, shall be considered.
